Hi there, i'm a car data fanatic. Here, I'm using this list to keep track of the passenger cars that are available and sold in the market ( and not purpose-built, customized road demons ). This list looks at the widest cars you can find out there. Most parking spaces in the States are within 16 to 20 feet (4.9–6.1 m) in length and 7.0 to 9.0 feet (2.1–2.7 m) in width.
So, you might have trouble with the tightest 2.1m-wide parking spaces, if you are driving biggies like the Tesla Model X or Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB. FYI: I'm compiling this data from various sources - so, please check out these sources as well at the attributions section.
