Tallest volcanoes in Mexico - the highest volcano in both Mexico and North America is Pico De Orizaba (5,636 meters), also known as Citlaltépetl.  Pico De Orizaba is one of the Volcanic Seven Summits of the world.

Standing at 5,426 meters, Popocatepetl is the second tallest volcano both in Mexico and North America. It is an active stratovolcano with regular eruptions, include nine eruptions in 2019.
