The majestic Abraj Al-Bait Makkah Royal Clock Tower is the largest office building in the Middle East with 310,638 square meters, slightly edging the Burj Khalifa, also the tallest building in the world, which has  a floor area of 309,473 sq meters. The third largest office building is the Al Hamra Tower with a floor area of 178,061 square meters.

Abraj Al-Bait Makkah Royal Clock Tower. Located near the world's largest mosque, the Great Mosque of Mecca, is a building with the world's largest clock face, the Abraj Al Bait Makkah Royal Clock Tower. Completed in 2012 at high construction budget of US$15 billion, the Makkah Royal Clock Tower stands at 601 meters at the highest, spread over 120 floors. The entire clock tower has a floor area of 310,638m2.

Burj Khalifa.

Completed in 2010, Burj Khalifa has since stood on the throne of the tallest building in the world at a height 828 meters (2,717 feet) and 160 storeys. In terms of office space, it is the 13th largest office building in the world, with a floor area of 309,473m2.

Located in the city of Dubai and built at a cost of US$1.5 billion, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Burj Khalifa was designed by Adrian Smith, of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, whose firm designed the Willis Tower and One World Trade Center, which are the 5th and 9th largest office buildings in the world respectively.

Al Hamra Tower. The Al Hamra Tower is the tallest building in Kuwait. Built for retail and commercial office use, the skyscraper stands at 414 meters with 80 floors of spaces, totaling 178,061 m2. The Al Hamra is an award-winning building and stands at the tallest sculpted and carved concrete skyscraper in the world.

Almas Tower.

Built in 2009 and at a height of 363 meters (1,190 feet), Almas Tower was the tallest building in Dubai until 2009 when it was overtaken by Burj Khalifa (828 meters) at more than twice its height. Almas Tower has a total of 68 floors and a floor area of 160,000m2.
