Built by Meyer Werft and operated by AIDA Cruises, the AIDAnova entered service in 19 December 2018 and is the 6th largest cruise ship by gross tonnaga (183,858 GT) as of March 2020.

This Excellence-class cruise ship spans 337 meters long and 42 meters wide and is capable of accommodating 5,252 passengers (double occupancy) in 2,626 state rooms across 16 passenger decks. The amazing AIDAnova is managed by a crew of 1,646 and sails on cruises around the Mediterranean and Canary Islands.
