Express-103 is a commercial satellite operated by Russian Satellite Communications Company (Russia) for the purpose of communications.

A GEO satellite, it was launched into space using Proton M as the launch vehicle from Baikonur Cosmodrome on 30 July 2020. Express-103 was constructed by ISS Reshetnev/Thales Alenia Space (Russia).
